HR Horizontal Pusher Centrifuge
Our HR horizontal pusher centrifuge is a two-stage piston-pushing continuous filter centrifuge for heavy-duty solid-liquid separation.(particle size ≥ 0.08 mm, slurry concentration ≥ 35%).
The machine is built around two coaxial drums (inner + outer) driven at the same speed by a single main motor through a VFD. Slurry is fed continuously at full speed, distributed evenly onto the inner-drum filter screen. Under the high-g centrifugal field, mother liquor passes through the screen and the drum-wall filtrate holes, then discharges through the outlet pipe. Solids are retained as an annular filter cake on the inner-drum wall, then pushed axially by the reciprocating piston pusher through a series of discrete strokes, transferring into the outer drum for further dewatering, and finally discharged out of the machine through the scraper trough.

◆ Operating Principle
The HR Centrifuge is a continuous, two-stage piston-pusher filter centrifuge where an inner drum and an outer drum spin at the same speed, and a reciprocating hydraulic pusher continuously propels the solid cake through the inner drum, into the outer drum for secondary dewatering, and out of the machine.
