◆ Main Features

● Centrifugal Force Field + Gravitational Sedimentation Mechanism — Heavy solids deposit against the drum wall under centrifugal force forming a sediment layer; the light liquid phase migrates toward the center forming an inner liquid ring.

● Continuous Feed + Internal Screw Acceleration — Material enters the screw pusher’s inner chamber via the feed pipe, accelerates, then enters the drum radially — stable, pulse-free feeding.

● Continuous Screw Conveying to Cone End & Discharge — Deposited solids are continuously pushed by the screw to the drum cone end and flung out of the machine through the slag discharge port.

● Liquid Phase Continuously Discharged via Large-End Overflow — The lighter liquid phase continuously overflows from the drum’s large-end overflow port and exits through the discharge pipe; solids and liquid discharge independently in two directions.

● Full-Speed Continuous Operation — Continuous feeding, separation, and discharging all run simultaneously at full speed; single-machine continuous capacity far exceeds batch-type centrifuges.

● Compact Structure — Horizontal coaxial design with small footprint, low foundation requirements, and short installation/commissioning cycle.

● Smooth & Stable Running — Dual-bearing support + G2.5 dynamic balance precision, vibration ≤ 4.5 mm/s RMS, suitable for unattended operation.

● Strong Material Adaptability — Handles suspensions with solid particle size ≥ 0.005 mm and concentration 2–40%, serving chemical / light industry / pharmaceutical / food / environmental protection sectors.
